Your Responsibilities

You have personnel responsibility for nursing assistants and caregivers and lead them in their daily work. You are available to support and guide in challenges that may arise. As a leader, you have a strong commitment to the mission and a coaching approach that builds trust with your employees. You support employees in developing their communication skills. Your responsibilities include managing staffing, schedule planning, and recruiting new employees.

We have a strong focus on quality, and by systematically following up, analyzing, and implementing smart measures, we enhance the quality of work. Department managers are responsible for results and continuously report the finances to the unit manager, who has the overall responsibility for the economy. You are skilled at understanding economic relationships and can effectively balance customer needs and staffing. In close collaboration with the assistant, you act quickly and implement measures to achieve better results.

Your Competence

For you, it is stimulating to have varied tasks that make no day the same as another. You enjoy switching pace and being challenged in both operational and strategic tasks. Your background is in care and social services, and you may also have relevant managerial experience. You have an academic education with a suitable focus, and it is beneficial if you hold a bachelor's degree.
